Horrible. Do yourself a favor and find another store. I was pressured to buy a size larger than the one that fit me perfectly. When it arrived, it was huge and clearly a size larger than I needed. I called to see what they would be willing to do about it and was connected with Mia, the owner. She denied any responsibility, offered to do nothing unless I drove an hour into the store and tried on both dresses (and even then she said, "no guarantees"). Our conversation was not ugly, but she hung up on me.
This was some of the worst customer service I've experienced. I strongly suggest you seek out another store.
