The apartments are nice but I've been there 3 months & this is what I have experienced. Work Orders for maintanance is BACKED UP like from what the asst. mngr told me atleast a WEEK! I had to call 3 days in a row to request maintenance & as of the 4th day still no maintenance worker. Also the workers hardly know what there talking bout w/ the exception of Amanda (she's a sweetheart) The pest control people lied & said they came to my apt. & didn't b/c I had 3 adults there@ all day! Come to find out they didn't attempt to come b/c they didnt have a key so instead of them knocking they just left. There are new people in the office all the time! Just got a new asst. mngr not to long ago. The pools close unexpectedly without notice/warning or explanation. The GATE to come in NEVER works! Now its broken completely b/c someone hit one of the rails so WHO knows when this will get repaired. I am still waiting for there "CONTRACTORS" to come fix loose/cracked tile now (which is hazardous b/c
