I have been a client of this practice for a very long time. I have been through surgeries, illnesses, deaths, 45 minute waits to see the vets, phone calls put on hold etc:. Maybe my perspective is different because I work in a human Doctor's office so I know how things can get behind. I can give you two specific examples why this practice is above and the rest.When my 2 1/2 year old Boston Terrier was put down (not there but at a hospital) after Dr Pino had diagnosed him with what turned out to be his illness, she actually called me to express her sympathy and told me I would see him again. My heart was broken and that small courtesy made all the difference to me.Recently, my other older Boston was diagnosed with a condition that will require surgery. My husband has been laid off almost a year, so money is tight. I told them I would save up the money and I did and the surgery will occur soon. I was told that if I couldn't save it all at one time they would bill me for the rest. So, do
