Both my parents and I took our dogs here. They treated my dog without concern for what I had to say. We got him as a 4 month old puppy and the first time we took him to the vet, things went okay. The older he got, the rougher they became with him, including using their own choke leash on him because they "didn't know how to use mine" (it was a retractable leash). He didn't appreciate their leash and tried to run back to me but they jerked him and dragged him to the back. That was the last time I took him there. \r
My parents took their dog and, while she was a puppy, things went well. But when they boarded her, things to a turn for the worst. First off, they REFUSED to let my parents see where they would put her. She was only there for 3 days and when they came to pick her up, she was COVERED in dirt and her own pee and feces.
