I live halfway between the store in WP and the Stamford Store. I called both stores and WP could not give me the time of day. Chad was very helpful. He told me that the store was having a sale on floor models. I went there and the machine I thought I wanted was not impressive. There was a True elliptical that was 5K. He told me that it was half price. It was more than what I wanted to spend but it was nice. After I tried it I said I would by if for the 1/2 price. Then he said let me double check the price. He then told me that it was 40% off, not 50%. I said to him that he told me that it was 50% off and that it what I am willing to pay. He told me he made a mistake. Obviously no one ever told him about ethics. I also found it interesting that True Fitness owns Gym Source. Regardless I would not do business from them. I went to costco and bought a cheaper elliptical-which was the best they had. At least I know that if there is a problem, they will stand behind it. Not s
