This place is a joke. It is not safe and the security they claim to have at night is never seen. My car was damaged and I worried every time I had to go out after dark. The office staff is VERY unprofessional. Seldom see the manager and the assistant is so full of herself she can't take care of her tenants or work with the staff. Maybe if she didn't spend time on personal calls it would help. I lived there 3 years and the leasing agent I rented from still didn't even know who I was. Repairs don't get done correctly and worn out things do not get replaced. They really rip you off when you move. Charge you for everything they think they get away with. And look out if you have a pet. They charge a pet fee, but give you the impression that it's a deposit against damages by the pet. You will NEVER get that money back ($300.00) and then they will claim pet damage when you move so they can charge you. I am so glad to be out of that place!
