If I could leave 0 stars I would! The vet tech was nice, but didnt listen to me at all! I have a Rottie who gets very antsy and somewhat uncontrollable when he cant see me. I told the vet and the tech that he couldnt be taken in the back to get his shots, and suggested a way that has always worked for me in the past. They didnt listen to me at all!! They told me they would have to charge me to sedate him to give him shots (extra 60$) so i was standing in the doorway of the room talking to my husband about switching vets, when the "owner" Gerald decided to get into my conversation and have an attitude with me, and when i told him that i was talking with my husband, not him he proceeded to tell me to take my dogs and get the f*** out of his office, and in front of other customers!!! I could not believe that a "professional" would act in such a way, it was appalling! Please, save yourself the trouble and find another vet! This one is a complete JOKE!
