I have been getting the oil changed in my two cars here, for about a year now. I?ve been going here because I pre-purchased several oil changes through a promotional called the ?Super Saver? card. I have not been completely satisfied with the service provided here and today something extremely unprofessional happened and I have no intention of ever returning. Today after they performed an oil change on my two cars, I felt I needed to check under the hood before I drove away because I had previously lost a little trust in the quality of their work. I first opened the hood of my wife?s car and I immediately noticed the oil cap was left laying on top of the engine! This is the most unprofessional and careless service I believe I have ever received from any business. After informing an employee, who apologized, I was assured that the oil cap was put back on my car. But I check it anyway and found that the cap wasn?t tightened all the way?it was quite loose.
