I use to own rental properties - and often do property resales.\r
I have used Joe for many heating/ac & hot water heater replacements. I have found him, and therefore CASA, to be reasonable and reliable. I have always had prompt service when I need it. The service charges etc. are well within the margin charged by others. I PERSONALLY THINK YOU WILL NOT REGRET USING CASA. If you do -- Ask for Joe Pringle and tell him Sharon and Gary sent you. (No I do not get a kick back, I just want to let him know we are that satisfied with him and CASA.) God Bless.\r

OK FOLKS - Once again CASA came through. we had A/C problems\r
and called CASA ... Few tips over the phone and we saved the service call. I still rate them on a 1 - 10 a 20. Reliable - Honest - Responsible. If you have a bad experience ... CALL THE MANAGEMENT.
