We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. I used to use Sir Gauuan's for years in the past (and friends with Tommy Gauuan) but moved away for a few years and just moved back again. I called on a Friday to schedule an appointment, I was given a Sunday time, then I get a call from the stylist on Sunday 2 hours before my appointment to tell me that I should have been scheduled for a "consultation" and not to hold my hopes up for actually getting my hair done that day. So I agreed to go at my scheduled time and checked-in at the front desk and sat down and waited. I was 10 minutes early and I left 40 minutes later after not being approached by my stylist... not even to tell me that she was running late and she did know I was there because another stylist went and told her I was sitting there for a while waiting for her. It is unfortunate that I walked out of there angry. Too bad they lost my business for good. Now hunting for a new place with better customer service.
