I work at Cedars Sinai Medical Center, so have gone to the Horton and Converse Pharmacy on numerous occasions due to convenience. They have been polite and professional and I am impressed by how many of the products I need, they actually carry.
A couple of weeks ago I unfortunately broke up a fight with my two dogs (they love each other, but occasionally have issues over who is in charge). I would not have done anything as foolish as try to break up a fight, but my smaller dog (just 3 years old) has cancer and I was afraid she would be too vulnerable. At any rate I sustained numerous dog bites from interfering.
I had excellent care at Kaiser but following that I have had to keep changing the dressings on a bad wound I received. It was very painful removing the gauze as the wound stuck to it and I dreaded having to change it each time. Anyway, when I was at Kaiser they used a petroleum jelly covered thin gauze wraparound thingie that kept the gauze from sticking. I then tried
