Review content:
Our oven was broken. We called Sears repair service right away and they ordered parts for replacement and also gave us an appointment for installation. The technician called ahead of the appintment time and came like he said. He is very expereienced but couldn't get the oven to work so he ordered another part for us. Then he came back to replace that a week later and still couldn't get the oven to work. He was ver patient and thought the original part might have a bad repalcement so he ordered for us and had them deliver the very next day. He came back the third time with the second replacement and finally my oven is working again. The installation is charged for one time even though he had to come back three times. He is very professional as well.
