You'll discover a spectacular community, that you will be proud to call home. I've been living there for over a year now and the place is great! The management here is very nice and are willing to make your stay at the complex an accommodating one! I live in a 3-bedroom apartment here and its space and layout is nice. The pool is nice. Their workout facility is nice. Let me tell you: It's nice!!! If you haven't made an effort to at LEAST come and visit the place, what are you waiting for?! I had never seen a complex give me a more spectacular gift on Valentine's Day anywhere else! Rewards are everywhere here! Cumberland Place Apartments is a home for me with its peace, quiet, and fun times! If you have a family and you're considering a complex in Tyler, come to Cumberland Place! You'll regret signing with anyone else because no one else has a bigger, nicer, and more accommodating management/maintenance staff than Cumberland Place here in Tyler!\r
