Review content:
My husband and I rented a car from this location almost 2 months ago. Needless to say worst experience ever! Katie, the girl at the counter, ran his debit card as a credit card taking out an initial $600. Normally this is would be an understandable mistake, but he got charged an additonal $590 for the actual rental (total charges almost equal $1200) for a Mazda 3 for almost 3 weeks. We cannot justify spending that much on a Mazda 3. In the end it has been 3 weeks since we returned the vehicle and we are still calling area managers and VPs to try to get our money back because this office did not seem to care. Luckily $600 isn't that much money, but it is more the fact that the office manager Jay and Armondo (sorry for the spelling) were not apologetic and made it seem out issue was anoying them. We will NEVER use enterprise again and find it outrageous that this is protocol for such a large company!!!!!!
