I lived at Springbrook for a year and loved it. They offer some condominium style apartment units that have separate entrances and 4 units per building. I lived in a top floor one-bedroom, condo-style unit that had a 1st floor entry, balcony, fireplace and great layout that differs from your typical apartment. The square footage was great and the upkeep/maintenance of the buildings is high quality. It really feels like living in a newer condominium. The prices are higher, but fit the ammenities, size, and quality.
