Review content:
Called them to fix some broken tiles. They did arrive when expected, and completed the job in 1.5 hours. First taste of bitterness was realizing that I paid $200/hr for a roofer. Second was a leak that developed in an area that didn't leak BEFORE they worked on it. Okay, maybe it's just a coincidence. I'm cool with it. When I called service rep Brian to get them back out I was reminded I only paid to have them fix 14 tiles... What? I paid to have you fix the roof! I don't care how many tiles were broken, I just wanted it fixed. YOU said it was 14 tiles. In any event, I asked them to come back out and check it out. Give me another estimate if need be, whatever, I just want the roof fixed. They never showed. After two more calls I was transferred to Keith... he gave me attitude, but said they'd come out to check it out. Again, no show. I feel ripped off more by their attitude then I do the work. I will never call them again. Not recommended!
