This place is Horrible with their service. We bought a "pre-owned" vacuum with the promise that this was a GREAT vacuum. 6 months later it died on us. We brought it in. the service date was due in 2 weeks. They go on to tell us that parts melted in the motor and it was no good. The thing that upsets us the most is the owner hung up on us when we called to see what was up. He was rude and hung up on us. It was NEVER about the money but the way he treats a customer. I would not be surprisd if the comments in this comment string are friends and family iof this compnay as when I was in ther the first time he was arguing with a custoemr on the phone (I should of took that as a sign to walk out) this place is the WORST. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
