Review content:
Summit West apartments are really great apartments that feel more like a villa. The units are not the newest but have been well maintained and offer really large and roomy floorplans with some including w/d hookups. The location is very central to USF and Moffit. I also like the fact that all the apartments are on the ground floor with not steps or no one walking above you.
