My boyfriend had placed an order for flowers for an upcoming dance, and since he forget the details of the ribbon and flower, I decided that I would call and ask. When I called, the woman who answered the phone seemed less than thrilled to be there. She got my boyfriends last name and looked up the order for the flower. They told me everything I needed to know and then I asked if I could change the color of the ribbon from green to a silver or White. When they asked why, I told them that my dress was no longer green and now I am wearing a black dress. She yelled back "Do you think green ribbon would match a black dress" and the other lady in the store said that it would look nice. I was kind of upset by this because I didnt want to know if it would look ok, I wanted the ribbon to be changed to another color. I know for a fact that other places can do this SIMPLE task without ease or hassle. The woman I spoke with on the phone had a bad attitude from the beginning and I would not recom
