I had been out of town during the first cold snap of the year when my daughter called me to tell me that when she had turned the heat on the house began to fill with smoke. We called Ray French Air Conditioning & Heating, and they were very quick to respond and professional. They didn't give me any grief about going out to the house and doing the repairs even though I was out of town. They were not the original installers of the central heat and air system, but they were able to optimize the system so that when they were finished both the heat and air worked better than when we moved in. I will definitely call them back when the time comes to replace that old unit!
