This wretched place killed our beloved Siamese cat. They tore her Trachea open when incompetently inserting an intubation tube in her throat. They failed to follow medical protocol and she suffocated to death. \r
To be clear, I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach and I am a person who lives both Sustainably and Holistically in my daily life. I also happen to be in the Media and I have spoken with many good Holistic Vets across the country and Animal Advocates about this horrifying tragedy that Smith Ridge imposed upon my family. \r
What I have witnessed and experienced from Smith Ridge is nothing close to "Holistic" or "Healing" whatsoever.\r
They are manipulative, dishonest, and clearly incompetent beyond belief. The pain and suffering that they caused my family and how we have been distraught over the unnecessary death of our cat at a place that we thought we could trust is beyond measure.\r
