In 2010/11 We used Val Moore Realty to rent our house in SW Huntsville and the tenant she placed in our house had a histroy of not paying his rent/bills, Val Moore's fabrications of the tenant?s good character and background to us were NOT true, AND she does not even bother to do a proper screening or credit check of the tenants. She knew this same tenant owed another of her clients for three months rent and yet she STILL moved this same tenant into our house. As our property manager she refused to start collecting late fees and even refused to start the eviction process as stated in the contract costing us an additional lost of four Months rent totally $6,000. She refused to turn over the security deposit & the nonrefundable deposit to us knowing the tenant owed us 7 months rent. She gave the deposit back to the tenant. We would not do business with Val Moore Realty again and suggest you really check out other property managers in Huntsville. Don't be fooled or it could cost you big
