I've only been to Auto Analyst once, when I thought I had to get my tires realigned- they told me I actually needed a new set of tires, so there wasn't anything they could do except direct me to Discount Tire, about fifty feet down the road. I wasn't charged at all, despite the fact that they had my car for about three hours and obviously had to look at it to tell me what was wrong, which was great because I am poor college student. They also had someone drive me back to my apartment so I wouldn't have to wait around for several hours while they checked out my car. They all seemed like very nice guys, and very understanding that I know next to nothing about my car. When something goes wrong with my car next time, I won't hesitate to go back to them.
