Review content:
Access Computer Inc in Charlotte is a wonderful company. The person in the review prior to my own (KD) must have not seen the 3 signs that post the cost of the time the diagnostic takes. I have been using Access for 15 years and they are far cheaper and better at their job than any of the others and the turnaround time is quick for a growing company, they have been here for 21 years!!
I am trying to get my company to switch to using Access instead of the horrid local company we have been using lately. They keep your PC forever and charge twice as much.
KD my advice; do your homework , the more experience and education a company has the higher the diagnostic is, don?t be afraid to ask the technician about his education and experience. Best Buy hires the geeks right out of school, it's kind of like letting a doctor fresh out of medical school operate on you. They know all the parts and what they do when they are not working anymore but they don't seem to connect the dots as well withou
