Review content:
Although the repairman was prompt when he came the first time to repair our refrigerator, it seemed that he was in a rush so he quickly made a diagnosis. It sounded lilke he knew what he was doing, so we told him to go ahead with the repair. Well, it seemed to help the refrigerator get a little better, but it was obvious that he didn't completely solve the problem. We called and had him come out again a day later, and he did, but he quickly reviewed the situation and said there were no other problems. We had to get a second company out here to fix the second problem, which completely fixed the refrigerator. I would never use this company again!
