Dogs were well cared for, however, price quoted was not what I paid. First, 4 day quote, but charged for 5 days because I picked up at 12:20pm. When I called at 10:30am, dogs were not ready so I ran some errands which caused me to arrive after 12 noon. They told me dogs were ready at 11:30am. Why weren't the dogs ready when I called? Because Calypso has a mandatory bath policy if dogs are kenneled for 3+ days. And they quoted me $35 per dog for bath, but was charged $45 & $55.
