My oldest daughter went to All That Dance when she was 3. I should have taken my youngest daughter there as well but thought I would try top hat. Apparently there is no dress code because the girls come to dance looking like hoochies in ripped tights. The dances are horrible and no one is together EVER. The teachers are way to young and do not know how to connect with the 3 year olds- it is just AWFUL. We are definitely changing in the fall -both of my girls will be going to ALL THAT DANCE!
