I had heard rumors that the vet here sometimes was a bit sharp with clients and their pets, but the only time I ever saw it, I thought it was understandable because he was recovering from a horrible accident. Not long ago, however, I had the misfortune to be on the receiving end of his temper, and now, although I still think he's an excellent vet--one of the best in Sioux Falls--and like his staff and facilities very much, I just can't bring myself to go back, especially since my concern was legitimate and he's never offered to apologize. It's too bad. He truly is a great vet and I think he really cares. He went way above and beyond what I would have expected on a couple of occasions (one being right after I started taking my dogs to him). I'm not sure if he realizes just how sharp he can be, but because I do like him and his clinic (although I don't go there any longer), I hope that he'll read this and next time he's tempted to say something scathing to a client because he's irritated
