Review content:
My recommendation is you find another emergency center to take your animal to. The clinic is very busy and the priority the DMVS (Vets) put in the examination of the animals is neglectful, unprofessional and unacceptable. This is my first review I have ever written and I feel strongly about it.\r \r I arrived at 7pm with my 15 year old Border Collie X Cleo, who had been vomiting for 24 hours, lethargic to the point of not walking and had to be carried. She had been unable to keep down fluids and was extremely weak. The technician took her back immediately after check in and I was told that I could not go back in the examination area. Her name was placed on an ER white board with the others in order and time the animals checked in. \r \r I watched for 2 1/2 hours as animals that checked in shortly and well after my check in time came and went. At the 2-hour mark I inquired as to what was the status with my old girl. I was assured that she was next in line and she was resting comfort
