Thanks for sending Javier out to do the annual service on my heating and A/C. Javier is an amazingly thorough, courteous and thoughtful technician! He epitomizes the utmost in excellent customer service and does indeed "exceed expectations" of the already high standards for excellent customer service I have always experienced with your company. Going "above and beyond" must be contagious at Blue Breeze OHAC because I also met with Matias and was also very pleasantly surprised! A big THANK YOU to your whole team... from the very pleasant and helpful voice on the phone, to the technicians, comfort advisors and everyone behind the scenes who organize and coordinate to make it all come together.
