Review content:
Been living here for four years, and when management changed, it changed for the worse. Other reviews aren't kidding, the buildings are so horrifically insulated that constantly running the A/C in July/August will still leave you sweating while racking up a $200+ electric bill per month for a 1-br apartment. There are always roaches running all over the sidewalks in the evening and we've had countless roaches and a few mice find their way into our second-floor apartment. Even the floors and walls are made cheaply; a relic of the construction, of course, but it's not going to change any time soon. The floorboards creak terribly in our place just from lightly walking around, and I feel awful for the downstairs neighbors. Maintenance people are sketchy and will abandon their work half-done. And rent just creeps higher and higher with time.\r

Your money gets you nothing but location here, and the proximity to campus and downtown is just NOT worth it. Find a better place.
