I begrudgingly lived here for two years and hated every minute of it. When we moved in, they had not finished cleaning the place, there was trash in the bedroom, painting was half finished in bathroom, the storm door was broken (and never got fixed), the bathroom door was broken (and never got fixed...then they charged US to replace it), and there were no outlet covers in any room. The office personnel don't know what they are doing, tell you one thing and do another. If you live here, get everything IN WRITING because they will throw that in your face when you have complaints. We were told that the ratty carpet was being replaced and all we had to do was vacuum, but then when we moved out they charged us for a cleaning fee. They probably put down new carpet on top of that anyway. If you have anything broken, don't expect maintenance to get to it in a timely manner. We had mold grow in our bedroom closet twice from water leaks in the upstairs apt. Instead of fixing the pipes that were
