In all my years, I have never been to such a horrible dental office! Mary the "office manager" is the worst - she was extremely disrespectful and rude - Worst of all, she was attacking me when it was THEIR FAULT. They were overcharging and billing me incorrectly - I was politely calling to figure out why their bill was far off from my EOB. She instantly became defensive and rude instead of trying to figure out the problem in a professional manner. I had to call multiple times and finally they realized THEY were IN THE WRONG. Finally they told me they were going to send me a refund check. A month or so went by and I hadn't received the check so I called again - She made me feel like it was no concern to them because the amount wasn't $500 or more!!! - Are you kidding me? I hope you would never over charge someone by $500 or more. She made me feel like just another number and had no concern for me whatsoever. More time went by and I called back only to find out they were sending the chec
