I have rented a lot of apartments in my lifetime & even in different states. This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. First of all it's true what they say, "you get what you pay for". This complex is NOT LUXURY in the least. The leasing office showed me the model & told me several of their apartments had been renovated to look like the model...NOT! I stopped by the leasing office a few times to drop documents off to complete my application & they always told me my apartment was not available to view yet. I didn't get to see the apartment until the day I moved in. I was peeved. The cabinets, counters, refrigerator, dishwasher, & dryer were old as hell! Not a single stainless steel appliance, not even granite counter tops as advertised. NOTHING! Well the so called clean & ready apartment did smell like a Malboro smokers convention was held there the day before! I complained to the office & they said "we'll have maintenance go back in, but we didn't say it was a smoke-free
