A friend of mine recommended Aspen Dental to me, so I made an appt and went. The experience was great on the whole. The staff is pleasant and courteous. I met just about everyone in the office the day I went. Dr O and his assts, Rachael the hygienist and Emily the office manager. Dr O is gentle and is very through with his exam. He said that I had the early signs of periodontal dieses and the it could be controlled and treated. Rachael came in to measure my gums and could tell that I did not floss on a regular basis. She said that she had room on her schedule and could fit me in to do my cleaning. Before the cleaning I spoke to Emily, she explained in detail my insurance breakdowns and what my out of pocket would be. Rachael was gentle and was very friendly. She explained everything that I would have to do to keep my smile healthy. The Staff at aspen dental is knowledgeable and is friendly. You can tell that they enjoy working with one another and are still able to fun and profession
