Review content:
If you want your sanity, don't think of moving to Granite Pointe! We have had a terrible experience here and are very unhappy. When we were first moving in, we made sure to ask if there was access to HD TV because we had just bought a huge plasma HD TV. The office assurred us that this was available and gave us the information. We later found out that we could not have our choice of cable carriers (we love comcast), but we were forced to contact Direct TV. We then called Direct TV, and set up an account. The maintence guys came to our apartment FOUR different times, each time with a new excuse of why they could not connect our service and put up a dish, after we had already paid for it. Apparently, the location of our apartment was facing west, and only the apartments facing south could get the signal from the dish. They refused to mount the dish to the apartment because the office would not allow it. We had to once again change service to a brand new option, ATT U-verse. Afte
