Review content:
We brought our beautiful Golden Retriever with long flowing light golden hair in for a simple bath (no trimming or cutting what so ever).....After being at the facility since 11am, we finally called at 4:30pm to find out if she was ready yet because no one ever called us. We were told that she was ready and that they close in 30 minutes! \r
Upon arrival, we were presented someone else's dog to take home. Once we informed the receptionist that that was not our dog she asked us to come in the back to identify our dog. At first we told her that none of the dogs were ours but after a closer look, realized with a startling shock that our dog was there, but had been shaved!!!!\r
This experience has shaken our entire family. We're still trying to get used to seeing her so butchered. They didn't even blend the fur on her head smoothly into the extremely short shaved body. It looks hideous and all we asked for was a bath. \r
Warning: DO NOT take your beloved dog to this incompetent business!!!!
