Please be aware most of the people who are conmplaining about this company's service are DEADBEATS who have their cars towed for not obeying the law! Their cars are towed for drunk driving, driving without a license or without registrations, etc. I guess they think they are special and don't have to follow the law like the rest of us do! A small % have been in an accident and aren't happy to have their car damaged/wrecked, who would be? What they fail to understand that according to the law their wrecked/undriveable cars can't be left on public streets and or wait for some else to show up to tow it. Puiblic street need to be cleared for traffic. This is a company doing a job for the Burbank Police Dept. \r

Other people think it's ok to park their cars in lots that are very clearly posted parking for "customers only, all others will be towed away." Anyone living in the LA area is well aware of these parking restrictions. Being hanicapped I can't tell you how many times I have
