I have not had the opportunity to use this company myself, but I have been a tow truck driver for 11 years in massachusetts ,and I can say that having a police tow or impound is not cheap. $350 dollars within the first 24 hours of the impound (which was in someone else's review)is not actually a bad price ,a lot of the times the police either set or approve the pricing.but the main reason I'm writing which I thought was funny was did anyone else notice that this is the tow company that was on an episode of Charmed titled the bare witch project it was shown towing a really nice 72 camaro. well good luck to all and just try to remember they are just doing their job.running a tow company, specially with today's diesel prices is not cheap they have huge overhead and 1,000,000 dollar insurance policies that need to be paid, and most of the time it's your fault .no offense !
