Review content:
I looked in the yellow pages for a groomer for my dog, and found the "Pet Chateau". It sounded nice. I was so wrong. The place is a shack! The people are unfriendly and mean to animals.
They did not follow my instructions about grooming my dog. I was letting her hair grow out and they cut it ALL off. I didn't even recognize my own dog.
To top off everything, they cut my dog not once but TWICE! I heard my dog crying in the back with the groomer, while the groomer yelled at her. I guess the groomer didn't realize that I was in the front lobby waiting.
I tried to speak to the owner about the yelling and cuts, but she had no sympathy. She didn't even give me my money back (or even partially back), even though they groomed my dog incorrectly and hurt her.
Do NOT take your animal there!!!
