I called at 8 am with a problem of a backed up sewer,it had flooded our bathrooms and we were unable to use them since the night before. Tree roots were the problem. The estimated time of arrival was between 1 and 3. At 3:15 I called the office to find out the expected ETA, she couldn't tell me, only that the plumber was stuck on a problem call and I was next. At 4:30 I called again, this time she said she's sending someone right away. He arrived at 5 pm. it took him all of 15 min. to clear the problem and he charged me for the whole hour at the rate of $125. The young man was nice and courteous, but that didn't make up for waiting for so many hours without any contact from the company to reassure the customer that someone was indeed coming. Diana
