I had a small oil painting from Hawaii in a hand made frame of Koa wood that received some damage. I thought it was a goner. I went to Arron Bros and to Michaels and they just didn't understand that i didn't want a brand new frame I wanted this one repaired. No help, just sales talk. Anyway a designer I knew suggested I call Adrianna... at U-frame-it Gallerys in Van Nuys. For less then cost of a new frame they not only repaired the damage, which is now back to its beautiful wood finish they went ahead and cleaned the painting. Since then I have back to both of the shops for work related framing and i cannot tell you how many complements we have received. Plus they have never gone over budget, brought in on time in some cases they billed us less then original quote. As a small business they actually now mt name when I call or go in. Love this place.
