I can't believe some of the negative reviews written about Ballston Animal Hospital. Dr. Gretchen Tripp is an exceptional doctor and treats her patients and their families with the utmost compassion and dignity. After my fifteen year old dog lost her battle with renal failure and cancer, Dr. Tripp came to our home to euthanize her. I am so grateful that she offered to do this, so my dear, sweet dog didn't have to suffer or be afraid. The vet techs are wonderful, especially Tony and all of the staff including the receptionists know my dog and give her so much love and attention. This is the best animal hospital I have ever been to and I would recommend it to anyone living in the Washington Metro area.
