I have experienced problems with Banfield Pet Hospital after signing up for the Optimum Wellness Plan that cost $455.40 for a year. I first brought my dog to Banfield located at 5013 S. Cleveland Avenue, Fort Myers, Florida on January, 2010 because he was having skin problems. He was scratching, he had irritation on his body, he was licking his paws, and he had a foul smell. I have been to the Banfield location listed above five times in five months and spent well over $700. The African American female Veterinarian located at the Cleveland Avenue, Fort Myers store has been treating my dog from the beginning. My dog continues to have the same problems. She is incompetent and she cannot diagnose what is wrong with my dog. She has wasted my time and money. On my last visit May, 2010, she stated to me that she does not know what is wrong with my dog. \r \r Moreover, I decided to do research on Banfield online.
