From the minute I met their supervisor I knew it was a class operation. \r

No bull, just straight talk of how his company can help me fix what I wanted. \r

What I wanted was a solid, as best as possible, hurricane mitigated roof structure.\r

He explain to me in plain English what they could do and products he would use, he never once tried to up-sell the project and even convinced me of a feature I wanted was taken care of by a less costly fix and according to code.\r

Then I worked with people who write-up the details of the contract. It did not take long before I was completely satisfied with the verbiage and product detail. At all steps they were helpful, sincere and were never bothered by my questions or concerns.\r

They scheduled a start date and started on that date. It was a five day process from strip down to finish.\r
