A service man ( part owner of the company) carelessly came to repair refrigerator (w/warranty) and within the first 5 minutes had ruined our new flooring by trying to move out from the wall.\r

A second repair man has come and it took him over 20 minutes to prepare the refrigerator before even trying to move it. \r

Since the company has made good on their original mistakes by submitting to their insurance company and with the hassles of adjusters and flooring people - again.
