I just want to express my disappointment about their location in Elk Grove, California. We move to Elk Grove from Fremont. Our dogs used to be on Optimum Wellness Plan in Fremont until we moved in July. Because of the hectic schedule between two moves, we were not able to renew our Plan immediately. Fortunately, our pet has been okay since then. We were intending to renew their membership when the time permits. Then just Saturday we were faced with one of our dogs having an anxiety attack of some sort. He was clearly in pain. We figured this situation needed a vet?s attention so we decided this is the time to renew the plan and take him to Banfield. We arrived at that Banfield at 4:30. We were told that it would be a while before the doctor sees us and we said it was fine. My Pet started to have another panic attack that he even hit his chin on the ground that he started bleeding. Nobody showed any concern even duting this incident. The receptionist took him inside to be looked at
