Review content:
This is a corporate owned store, which means they will rotate my tires for free because I purchased the tires at another corporate store in another city.\r \r When I visited, I asked for an oil change and a free tire rotation. They gave me the oil change (about $30 after tax), but were reluctant to give me the free tire rotation. They wanted me to provide proof that I had purchased the tires from them. They told me they weren't going to do it unless I provided a receipt.\r \r I was previously told I did not need to do this because my purchases should be in their computer system. After explaining this, they looked in their computer system and found my purchase. They rotated the tires for free, but could have used more tact and customer service skills.\r \r After paying for the oil change, they gave me my receipt and sent me on my way - without the key to my car. So, I had to return to the customer service counter and ask for it.
