Review content:
The staff is very friendly, and they really loved my dog. HOWEVER- I feel like they tried to run up my bill. Every little thing they could charge me for, they did. I was quoted around $60 for the appointment, and it ended up being around $160. The $100 extra went to cleaning my dogs ears (which they lumped with the "complimentary nail clipping" so I thought it was complimentary) and other various small fees.
I came away feeling jipped and like I completely overpaid for things my dog did not even need. Dr. Begin could have been far more upfront with just how much they were going to charge and the HUGE price difference between $160 and $60.
