They are amazing, I wouldn't bother with any other service out there. I've been using them for over 20 years. The machines they use are the best, my carpets turn out fantastic. I first heard about them from a neighbor, she called them in to clean the carpet in the kitchen (why someone would put carpet in a kitchen?) of a home she just bought. She thought the carpet was a light brown, but after it was cleaned, found out it was really gold. Ever since, I let them clean my rugs. They are the best.
